Obviously, I'm trying to bring in the fall before it's time, but it was the first day of school around here, so it's fall-ish. Right?

These are my first and only pair of skinny jeans (Styles 4 Less), and I've been hesitant to wear them out. I don't quite know why. I guess I just feel odd in them. But, when I found my slouchy boots (Steve Maddens, TJ Maxx), I decided I would finally attempt it. Eh....still not sure.
I paired them with a yellow shirt (Ross) to see if it would brighten my mood. {Not that I'm down or anything...just feeling funky.} It kinda worked, except I felt like I needed to unbutton my jeans to breathe, which kept the yellow from completely doing it's job.
Anyway.
I was too lazy to blow dry my hair or do it wavy, so back in a side bun it went. Jimmy likes my hair most when it's pulled back. Which is funny, because that's what I like the least. Men...
Oh, and my bag! My bag, my De-Lish bag. I love it. You can wear it with the short straps as seen here, or to the side as seen in these pictures. While it is large, and can definitely resemble a piece of luggage, it still makes me super duper happy. I wore it to a wedding we went to this last weekend, and I was able to put a pair of flip flops (for my aching feet to walk back to the car after a night of reception dancing), my wallet, my makeup, my Flip, my camera, my phone, a diaper....and on and on and on, all in the one bag.

Oh my gosh, cutest outfit EVER. I wish I looked like you while funky for my normal day. Okay, it must be late b/c I'm not sure if that made any sense. Anyway, love it. Love the yellow. The belt. The jeans. The shoes. Everything!

Cute, cute, cute! You pull off the skinnies well, silly girl! I need that belt to go with my new boots! Where oh where did you get it? I keep finding belts that go around your hips that are the right colors, but no waist belts! If it's super old and I can't find it now, keep your eyes peeled while your shopping and let me know where you see one if you do!(Although, I think we shop at all the same places anyway!)

I am loving this whole ensemble, especially with the added Taylor. :) You look AWESOME in yellow - I think it's really cheery and you wear it well. Once again, rocking the boots. I couldn't tell the jeans were skinny cut with the boots. Skinny jeans don't look lovely with my figure, so I'm a bootcut girl. I think your hair looks just perfect, too - very elegant! fab fab FABULOUS! Oh it's so hard to not wear the fall stuff right now. I so want to ..but I know like two months in I'm gonna be so sad I didn't wear all my warmer stuff ...I hate it though. I love the fall fashion. I also like skinny jeans, but I just can't get out in public with them... I think because it reminds me of when I was in 7th grade and they were in style, and I wasn't.

OK, skinny jeans. I have mixed feelings about those too. I bought a pair over a month ago. They are still sitting in the closet in the bag. But that might also be because they are jeans and it has been like 100 degrees here.
But they are kind of ... I don't know. The thing is, even though they are as tight as leggings (or so it feels like) I would feel way more comfortable wearing the skinny jeans in public than I would the leggings. And sometimes you want to wear pants that are tight and give no added anything to anywhere on your waste.
I don't know. I'll see how well I like them this winter when I wear them.
