I absolutely fell head over heels in love when I saw this Subway Family Rules Art....especially because it had ALL our family rules already written out in such a cool way.

Having it up in our living room not only helps us to remember, but makes it sort of fun to be reminded.
and rules are always better when you make them fun....

I love the dance crazy, and sing silly.
Because, you know, I wish my life was a musical soooo bad.

Now when I tell the kids to dance, and they say no....I point to the rule.
It's kind of genius.

Another thing we've started since hanging this awesomeness in our house, is that when one of the kids breaks a rule, we bring them to the poster, and have them read the rule that pertains to the offense. Already it's been amazing to see the changes in Taylor....when he stops what he's doing and says, "Oh, that's not encouraging."
Seriously. THAT HAPPENED.
Also, what happened?
Jimmy broke a rule, and Taylor responded,
"Ooooh Dad!!! Go read the rule you broke!!!"
